The $66 target px was yesterday's news ga la woh.

Actually if MS is so right in its predictions,t wouldn't be one of those in trouble last month. Never believe in sales ppl. (They are basically salesmen, no matter what post title they may have, from salesman up to CEO.)

I'll put effort to control myself not to spend on clothes and toys from now on. Suffering some political issue in the company, I have the feeling that my boss wants to have his "chess" replacing me. It would be tough then. No matter who's problem had become mine and I was blamed.

Went to Sogo last night. It was so crowded and the customers seemed not affected by the poor economy!!

Only bought a few things: Jap-version 一丁, Taiwan Yee-Mei cake, some 30%-off Addidas sports items and a sweatshirt for Kv. Spending <$1,000.

JSM,

Kv's class teacher gave him an application form of 《HKMO Open》held in Feb next year. She said this competition was free to join and only 3 students in the class got the form from her. As Kv did not take any formal course of MO before, just wonder how he can enter the competition.

Hope to find short course of MO and get a little training beforehand. btw, it's good to have some experience in MO competition, no matter he can get good results or not!

Agree, the guys at Sogo are really not affected by the downturn. I was there before 10 am and there're so many people waiting outside. The people were rushing into the shop with their hand carry bag. Actually, you know I went there to buy the Police Headquarters and so many parents were buying the Thomas track box set. To my surprise, I found there's a temporary stall which is the stock clearance of Abebei (70% off) and I spent $$$$ over there to stock up part of my girl's 10 years + clothings.....I also bought 3 pairs of casual shoes at Geox (original $999, now $499) for myself and my mom.

What was the name of your Cafe Corner seller ? in yahoo ? Maybe you should also look at Brick Link in future. I'm considering a few sets but still prelim stage. Also considering to reg for Paypal.
But I know that once I start I will be n-times broke.

Agree totally. Just worrying the economy will get worst next year. I met a client last friday, he is the owner of a retailer chain. He is expecting at least 40% decrease in turnover next year. 饭碗简直冻过水，看来受靶日子仲有排挨

i want to buy this two sets if possible. if it is not convenient, is it expensive to mail to Hong Kong from Singapore.
