I go to the Southern Centre of Tang Shiu Kin and Rutonjee Hospital in Wan Chai, twice a week and each time costs 60/session (30 mins to 1 hr)

The physiotherapist said to me that it's rather common for women after delivered baby to suffer such pain... (back/arms/waists),... coz the change of hormone... bad position

If you want to do in private practice... each session costs $400 and of coz the equipment are much better laa... (coz b4 I successfully queue up in govt hospital, I went to Union Hospital... and costed a lot!!!)

如果你真係有需要做物理治療，我都有一個好醫生介紹，佢係一個骨科醫生，係佐敦，不過佢醫務所可以做物理治療。幾年前我因為有"隻"椎移位，去o個度做咗分別幾個療程﹝因為我每隔冇耐就會痛番又要做，佢話係"積"業病﹞，o個時好似250蚊一次，但係而家就唔知，你需要我比資料你，你再打去問下....

He knows how to move his legs one by one and walks around the living room to touch here and there. Why I worry? It is because I don't know whether this will hurt her legs. He is still a baby and his legs are not very strong. If he walks too soon, will this affect the development of his legs? Like too much pressure to the joints? Anyone have this kind of information?

嘩! 多謝哂讚我亞囝靚仔, 佢雖然似爸爸, 不過佢靚過爸爸好多, 佢爸爸咁老都咁多暗瘡 ! 哈哈!!! :mrgreen: :mrgreen:
另外佢又真係好多頭髮, 由兩個月大開始,到宜家已經剪咗三次頭髮了, 之前太熱, 所以每個月都會剪一次, 宜家涷先至冇剪頭髮了, 不過亞囝有兩個轉, 所以d頭頂頭髮成日都好亂樹起哂!!!! 頭髮方面, 我睇書話九個月大左右就會出返d真正既頭髮出來!!!
妳亞囝係唔係mix呀! 鬼鬼地咁呀!!!

唔止小天欣係咁, 我亞囝都係呀! 每次放低佢自己玩具, 最多都係只肯玩15分鐘左右, 之後就會大嗌, 發哂脾氣咁!!!!

好嘢呀,Issac識轉身,我皓B好似仲未有動靜,不過妳提到擔心bb太早用腳行會唔好,我記得上次阿仔3個半月去健康院做綜合測驗之後姑娘同我講,叫我哋多d托住bb個格勒底,然後等佢郁多d對腳撐多d喎,所以我諗如果妳有適當嘅承托力俾bb,而佢又唔係d力聚晒响對腳度應該冇事嘅.其實我聽朝會去健康院上seminar,我再幫妳問吓d姑娘ar!因為我都想問吓姑娘點樣train阿仔快d轉身!

我今晚番到阿媽度，佢知道我有個姊妹(ymyau)條腰骨唔掂﹝因為我今朝問過佢點整豬腰﹞，佢話叫我叫你買條鹿尾巴煲下嚟食﹝我坐月o個時食過五次，o個時我買咗一條，就可以煲五次﹞，我阿媽話如果淨係食豬腰作用唔係咁大，不過，如果你真係食，你有心理準備都幾難頂﹝因為好"壓"﹞，不過我家姐生咗兩個同埋我生咗小魚，我阿媽都話食鹿尾巴好重要﹝對條腰骨﹞，我同我家姐而家都冇腰骨痛(touchwood)，如果你信既，不況試下....係呀，你買o個時你要問埋佢有d唔知乜野藥引要買埋架﹝我o個時係位元堂買﹞

我之前曾經講過, 我媽咪係o係醫院做既, 佢d姑娘都話唔好咁快比bb用力企住, 佢地雙腳仲未有力住支撐, 所以企或跳都唔好持續咁耐, 用多d力扶住佢, 因為我亞囝三個月大時已經成日想企咁!! 於是都唔比佢企咁耐!!!佢差一日四個月大已經識轉身了!!!!
