Will any of you go to hear Nick Vujicic www.giveup.hk in World Expo near Airport this Sunday? I will bring my kids. I really hope they will be inspired. Nick is just unbelievable.

You may want to check it out. http://www.hkmos.org/course/index.html The other day I downloaded a sample paper for P3 from another website and I recall some of the questions (not exactly the same) when I was studying Form 6 or 7!

Thanks for caring. The bad days have passed and I'm glad that he's okay now (except that taking the little pill everyday).

KL, I brought a 500g of AQ cream in Watxx at $32.9!! Mxxning is so cheap, even cheaper than "Lung Shing" in TST. Heard that it's good for eczema as it keeps skin's moistures and also economical (I used to brought QV cream for O but it costs $1xx ah), sometimes in winter I'll use it too. So can just go for the sale items.

Glad to know that the BMT was successful and R has gone back to normal. I think you must have been facing a very bad bad times and shed a lot of tears b4 ....

R is very brave! I trust both R and you have become even more stronger and tougher!

Re: Aqueous Cream, the one sold in Mannings is just 450g. Though volume is 50g less, the price is relatively cheaper ($26.9 after 10% discount)

Will also buy Emulsifying Ointment cos Aqueous Cream seems not moisturising enough in cold dry winter.

I also bought Olatum when Kv was very small. It's good but very expensive.

I'm reading it, still not yet finished. It's really terrible .... and inspiring too!! Worth to get one in hand.

因編著「貨幣戰爭」聞名，並提前預警「兩房」災難和金融海嘯的旅美華裔學者宋鴻兵近日指出，金融海嘯將在明年4至9月間升級為第二波，屆時將爆發對沖基金和保險公司的倒閉潮。

宋鴻兵對香港「文匯報」表示，第二波金融海嘯中，美國的商業銀行體系會遭受前所未有的衝擊，多家商業銀行巨頭或會在這一波海嘯中倒下，目前看「危機最嚴重的時刻還沒到來」。宋鴻兵曾在「貨幣戰爭」中指出，有美國政府背景的「兩房」機構，將因不合理操作而引致災難，他並且預言「兩房」危機恐將在今年6至8月間爆發。今年6月，宋鴻兵再次預言次級房貸危機將演變成金融海嘯。1個月後，這些預言成真。

宋鴻兵近日表示，這次國際金融危機將有四個階段，現在僅僅是第一波。明年4－9月間，還會有第二波襲來，衝擊力將甚於現在。第二波金融海嘯的引爆點，將從目前的房貸市場轉向「企業債和地方政府債券」，尤其是企業債中的垃圾債。因為歷史規律是：美國經濟一旦步入衰退，首當其衝的就是垃圾債。他說，「今年不會是危機最嚴重的一年」，「到明年，美國經濟正式確認步入衰退，在實體經濟下滑的衝擊下，垃圾債券的違約率將急速爬升，預計到9月底違約率將急升500％，從目前的2.68％飆升至12％以上。在62兆美元的信用掉期市場中，有20兆餘美元在對賭垃圾債券，垃圾債違約率大幅飆升的直接後果是這種對賭行為將大規模失敗。」

宋鴻兵指出，第二波金融海嘯的慘景將是，「在垃圾債違約率飆升過程中，將有多至上百家對沖基金、保險公司等金融機構血本無歸、最終倒閉；而商業銀行資產負債表的問題也將暴露無遺，直接衝擊美國商業銀行系統，美國五大商業銀行倒掉幾家是有可能的。」宋鴻兵分析，「第二波衝擊要比現在這波海嘯要厲害。」

第一，危機已從投資銀行轉向商業銀行領域，直接對美國商銀系統造成衝擊。

第二，在規模上，美國僅企業債規模就高達22.5兆美元，幾乎是第一波金融海嘯衝擊的房貸市場的2倍，其中垃圾債佔整個企業債市場的30％，6.6兆美元垃圾債的規模比次級房貸規模要大。

第三，這次美國經濟衰退要比1991年和2000年衰退嚴重得多，垃圾債違約率勢將超過前兩次。儘管全球各國正在聯手阻止金融危機擴散，但宋鴻兵認為，美國經濟步入衰退後，實體經濟下滑、垃圾債違約率急升都將成為必然，並不是注入流動性或改變貨幣政策可以扭轉，因此第二波金融海嘯將不可避免。

宋鴻兵認為，明年美國經濟會出現比較嚴重的衰退。在金融海嘯的衝擊下，中國經濟在今年第四季或明年初也可能出現轉折點，明年上半年實體經濟恐怕會出現較大危機。同時，歐洲也面臨衰退。上述因素相加，2009年全球金融危機的嚴重程度將超過2008年，實體經濟也出現危機，所形成的綜合性衝擊力遠大於2008年。

宋鴻兵說，從現在到明年第二季，可能會出現短暫的「退潮」，與今年上半年次級房貸危機短暫平息相似，「彷彿一切風平浪靜了，股票市場穩定了，金融市場穩定了，人心安定了，但更大的海嘯正在集聚力量。」

宋鴻兵擔憂，直到現在，有關方面仍沒有對下一波金融海嘯給予足夠重視。雖然現在2.68％的垃圾債違約率仍屬偏低水平，但與2007年8月1.4％的歷史最低點相比，在過去一年中已上漲將近一倍。

Teatree oil is very good. been using it for more than a year now. It is also very good for mosquito bites. (My daughter's mosquito bites usually develop into blisters)

Mine is from Australia (organic too) --- I asked a friend to buy for me. But I am sure you can order on-line.

hi kitty---my girl is still in k3---I did not think she was ready for primary school so she stayed in SKH for one more year.

Has anybody compared whether it is beter to renew subscription, or to put in a new one ?

It alleviates the itchiness, and soothes the skin, also works as an antiseptic. It works for Rachael.

My friend told me that putting a few drops in the bath also helps.....<-----This I have not tried.

kitty: yes, SKH lets students stays for one more year, in fact quite a few of Rachael's classmates did the same. some choose to stay behing for 1 more year of K2, some K3.

I heard that SKH central had more than 1600 applicants this year, and MB had more than 800......Just glad that when Rachael got in, competition was not that keen.
