My friend told me she bought a new set of Agents series from TRU. Mission #5 has an alarm that sounds off. Cool! Too bad I missed the deadline to get $50/$100 coupon yesterday! No wonder TRU had Whampoa sales - to sell out the older series!

Today is the last day of Jusco sale. Lego should be on sale too but no sure whether they got Agent series.

Kv wants Mission #5 b4 too, but he has successfully suppressed his desire (which tends to be unlimited) at the moment.

Golden rule: shop less --> want less --> buy less

Going out early to avoid heavy traffic ah ma (and cause less burden to traffic at peak hours too)

Just watched a movie "The Beverly Hills Chihuahua". A good film suitable for all ages.

My girl's furniture will be delivered tomorrow. I am so excited but worried! Hopefully it's what I expect & I'll be very willing to pay the balance!

Have you found any activities nice to spend the xmas holiday with your kid(s)? I just saw a thread elsewhere & suddenly remember it's going to be my 12th wedding anniversary this christmas! I don't think my husband will give me a surprise! He is so dxmn busy!

I thought u were going to SGP on business! My husband is in SGP right now. Already gave him the address of Brickworld. Hopefully he will find some good bargain.

Dear all,
My daughter's furniture finally arrived. It's actually quite good though there are some mistakes.... Have to come back. But it smells so strongly.... I put some boiled vinegar & tissue paper in her room to absorb the smell. Is there anything else that I can do? I have headache because of the smell. Every time my girl sees her new furniture, her face shines!

to get rid of strong odour, use bicarbonate of soda (soda powder). you can:

dissolve some soda in water and use it to clean furniture, and
just put some soda powder in the room, and the soda will absorb the smell. (you can use this method to get rid of bad smell in the fridge too).

Hi Kitty: ... all i know is that MB + central got 23 confirmed offers altogether, plus quite a few on waiting list. split between MB and central not known, and I guess most are waiting for DGS and DBS results, before telling the school their decision.
