Stupid DD said that we need to pay the cash (as the invoice indicates so) to the courier and get the goods delivered.

The courier said that they mistook that your address is at HKCEC so they asked for the surcharge. I clarified that it was not and they said surcharge is not needed.

I need to pass to you the RMB in cash so that you can pay at the spot.

DD will refund the paypal payment to me. Extremely stupid!
