2. the fresh "why san" found in supermarket is in a big piece, after cooking a small piece for baby, what do you do with the rest of it??

半mud米blend爛, 用2安米粉加1碗半涷水煮滾, 轉慢火煲5分鐘左右(記住一邊煮一邊攪), 然後夜入保溫杯/壺2小時(或隔夜)
要煮既時候先將保溫杯d粥倒入煲, 再加滾水(約半碗)邊攪至適合既杰度,再煮滾, 然後落材料煮多一陣, 攪掂![]()
肉同菜我都係煮熟先blend既, 因為生blend既肉一落熱水會痴埋一舊
