i have been on professional pastry bread lesson you can attend 4 lesson for $640 or $180 a lesson, I have attended all 4 . The first lesson is salty bread like cheese stick ,onion bread and garlic bread. The 2nd lesson is sweet bread like milk bun and pineapple bun. The 3rd is coconut bun and chinese pork bun like dim sun .Very delicous and yummy. also teach you how to make pastry for egg tart in this lesson.but the pastry has to be frozen for next lesson to make tart...Also they tell you to use a gold yeast not hovis fast action yeast. Also you need to put in sugar and warm water for the yeast to work for a few minutes before adding to the flour. Then the bread will not be so hard . Also the use a ingredient called bread emusifer that makes the bread much soften ,..like in the shops. sorry again don't know how to type chinese.
