Worse this morning :
cough better after a giant antibiotic to be taken once a day,
but this morning when I got up, found 1 eye nearly glued together by eye "gel" and swollen --- eye inflammation (proper term : conjunctivitis).

So instead of staying home and sleep the whole day, need to go to Jordan to see doc again.

Crazy germs !

We will go to Xiamen also on 30 Jan. We are invited by one of my girl's schoolmate since they have houses over there and they can also bring us to take a look at how the factory works.

After seeing you last night, I went to Cite to 818 and found there's no more new titles of 故事摩天輪! Tks for buying so early for me....

btw, I found 2 new books of 喜羊羊運動會. I bought these 2 new titles together with some 小兵 and 小魯 books, making up total 10 books and got 35% off.

Another 10 books !

For one of the Sotry Ferris Wheel books (the one about the frog), we needed 3 copies, but there were only 2 copies on the shelf. Fortunately I found 1 copy at the bottom of the shelf (hidden) ==> 3 copies !
I was afraid that there wouldn't be sufficient copies for us so decided to go and buy right away, as usual.

I've got all 8 copies of 喜羊羊 too, but not from Cite. Piglet liked them too, but finished too quickly. Time cost very expensive.

Regarding 喜羊羊, they've got a total of 12 books in the series: 8 for 喜羊羊與大灰狼 and 4 for 喜羊羊運動會.

The 2 new titles I bought last night were under the series 喜羊羊運動會 published in Dec-08.

Actually I bought more than 10 books at Cite...

We haven't opened the Horr Sc gift, no idea.
Have asked the Mag shop in WorldWide House, this mag is not sold in HK. But can buy from Australia, NZ and Singapore bookshops.
Too bad.

At least the mag ==> the books, in piglet's case.

Your book from Cite is at home, can collect any evening.

In that case I think I don't have the 2 latest ones from 喜羊羊與大灰狼 and 2 from 喜羊羊運動會.

Piglet had to take 2 storybooks on fables back to school, for Chin lesson. So we used a comic Easop's Fabels (simplified Chin version, with several stories ) instead. :lol

Am still coughing, but a lot less today. Fortunately it's been warm these few days.

I know the weather is getting colder in 年-29, take care!

Today is the last day of school of Kv for the 1st term. Then he has to go back again on Fri for 休業禮. Parents' Day on this Thur. Again mini book fair will be held (Reader's Bookshop and other bookshops) that day. Will buy some new titles of 小兵.

Plan to take Kv to watch 崖上的波兒 tomorrow night. Any buddies have watched it yet?

we have watched this film last Sun. My girl liked it so much, esp. the character Ponyo. We have bought the 4 coloured comic books plus the big colored Chinese story book at Joint publishing and got the calendar card plus the poster.

==> $117 books + $38.95 (yr 2 brick separators) + $38.95 (JsMami's 2 brick separators) = $194.90.-

i saw some Taiwan comics with story, science etc. sold at Whampoa Jusco at $25@, original price is $93.00 sold at Citi as well.

Besides, if you buy $380+ at stationery/household section, you can deduct $20 for a discount.

OR

Buy it at Friday by using HSBC, you can get a 10% rebate.

i am waiting and plan to buy at this Friday.
