Maybe I am a bit Stupid for learning language, I have been staying in Penang 4 years but I still can't speak a whole sentence of Hokkien, but I can understand 70%. It is a long time learning, you listen more than you can pick up more bit by bit. Astro (our Cable TV) is boardcasting Taiwan Hokkien TV series, maybe it is a good channel to learn. They got subtitles and you can understand and learn how to speak.

Your condominium is in Gold Coast Resort.. Very nice place and very convenience there.. I think the rental around RM2000++ per month
My cousin just stayed next to you .. she is living in Putra place.
Have you tried to contact property agent for rent your house??

Yes, I have contacted a few agents, but recently many companies in Penang cut down in employing expatiates. The rental already dropped from RM3500 to RM 2200 still difficult to rent out.
Semall, Where are u working? My duaghter is already 7 years old and I want to get something to do during day time.

Hi everyone,
Are your children learning Chinese in simple forms?
HK book fair in Wan Chai HK convention centre already started. I will go again. I found children English books are cheaper in Malaysia and choices are more. But for Chinese books, of course HK got it all and most of them are in full writing (not in simple strokes like those in China's books) .
Mommies, are u teaching your children Mandarine and Chinese writings in simple forms? I want to find a good teacher or school to teach my daughter Chinese in Malaysia, any recommandations?
