係啦,點解又見唔到你地,我地8:10左右上車的.
Cyprian幾鍾意食呀,不過佢都好有規舉,每日食兩粒,如果夜晚我問佢食左未,佢日頭食左的話,佢就會話我知今日食左啦,唔駛啦.

I'm still working ar. My contract have just extend to March/05 ar. And I'm now busy on moving to a new office. I was deployed into a new section, working w/ new colleague under a totally strange environment. Thus last week I was busy on packing and finishing the old assignment.

I don't know whether I will have next extension of contract after March/05 ga. At this moment, everything is not under my control!!

wingwingchu - Yr contract have just extend to March/05. This is a good news. 有野做雖然真係少時間對亞b,不過針無兩頭利,雖然我恨左好耐可以做FT,不過唔知點解唔係相像甘開心,好似無嘜人生目標,無方向甘,事事提唔起興趣,Magnus就黎考K1,我諗暫時都唔會搵野做,等佢考完至算.

位置近大街BUS Stop,會否太far away?正考慮.

Good news to hear that your contract got extended ar...well..I would say you may still get it extended after Mar 05 tim ar...I work for your company b4 ma..they are always like that ga la.....野仍然係要人做, 不過佢地唔想"負責任", 先用 contract ji ma...I have some friends who work for 6 years la...also contract..see??! already equivalent to a full time lor...

I don't think you can open the tutorial centre in BY..reasons:

(1) as you said, the rent is NOT cheap
(2) BY mgmt is very selective about the types of shops to be opened in their mall
(3) There is already 2 tutorial centres in BY la...at the same location you mentioned (near bus stop)...so competition will be keen
(4) BY won't let you in, becuase once I have a friend who also checked about this (open a tutorial centre in BY), but BY mgmt office refused, and the reason is : "there are already similar businesses in our mall"
(5) so even you plan to do so, I suggest you to wait till Pacifica (宇晴軒)都入埋伙, 有番咁上下人先諗喇....因為依家人數仲係少, 你開得都一定收得唔平...咁....我地點幫襯呀...FYI..我依家請咗個外籍老師嚟我地昇仔開班私人教授 English, venue is my home, 4 kids in one class only, age range 4-7, 1 hour per class, total 2 classes...and he only charged us $100 per lesson per head...can you offer this price there lei??
