Thank you so much for your 教路 on dot cards ah :lol: ! I don't know how much he learnt from dot cards that's why I didn't go to the next step. Maybe I kept flashing those dots that Anson feels boring, I should start addition today to see if it will arouse his interest in dot cards :mrgreen: !
Wow! Your schedule is really 充實! Do you really play all the 11 sets info to LamLam in a day??? For how many times a day?
3 times a week seems ok wor! Anson is now going to 2 playgroups (music and gym) per week and I'm also looking for one more (in mandarin) for him. Then he will be going on Mon, Wed and Fri. 我同佢都會冇咁悶 !

BTY, the Play Along 3 DVD is quite long, isn't it? Just started letting her watch it on Monday, but it lasted nearly an hour.

The bumped on the piano is only the beginning. The maid let her bumped onto the bed, it bruised a little bit, but she claimed that Tasha only bumped on the floor. FYI, my bed is solid wood therefore very hard. Anyway, she cut her lip two days ago while trying to walk again. Saw a little blood but it was not too serious. Really... we must be very very careful while baby starts walking.

Now Andrea can walk very fast by herself, keep walking/running every moment at home, make me feel very tire.
Also, she still not feeling well since last Friday, vomitted 痰 almost every nite these 3 days, not willing to eat. seeing her getting thinner and thinner, 心都痛埋.
Doc said as long as she's willing to drink water/milk, it should be alright. poor thing

We haven't started the playgroup yet as andrea still not feeling well.
I plan to attend 1 Chinese class & 2 English class (they're different organization) in Shatin. Their requirement are babies who can walk by themselves, but I think it's not 100% necessary as they won't really need to walk by themselves during the playgroup (they have the session for playing, but I can assist her while playing slide, car, tunnel, etc)

For Zippy, I think it's for baby over 2 yrs old as their action is doing exercise like jumping (as if what we do the warm up exercise) & other funny action.
Andrea loves Zippy (of course, she loves Froggy & Bunny as well), she always said "z-z", sounds like "屎屎", very funny. Maybe I can show u the Zippy dvd when we have home visit
Lam Lam lost her battle finally, she got fever 102 degree last night and thank god that she is alright la, no fever, now 99 degree F, she drink twice 退燒藥 and recover then. At first i use a spoon that she use to eat congee to feed her. But once she taste it, she 拿埋口臉, i keep feeding her and she keep trying. However i think the taste of the medicine is too bad that she vomit all of them. Then i call the nurse immediately and she ask me to try again after a while.
But she won't try anymore and i have to squeeze her nose to force her to drink it. The first time i force her while sitting on my legs, she try to escape and all the medicine spill on the floor. The second time i've to lay her on the floor mat and making her can't move, there is still lot of medicine drain out from her mouth.
After forcing her to drink the medicine, i wonder why she was afraid of water as well, (she used to be reluctant to drink water unless i gave her a straw cup), now she hate to drink water again!! Therefore i use a spoon to feed her water, as she need to drink plenty of water during fever.

How busy is Andrea and Anson. So far i've only applied one play group which is recommended by other BK mom, it's run by 香港基督教服務處, is a course of 10 lessons which train BB's muscle and their social skill:

I'm start searching more play group for Lam Lam, but don't want to be too packed yet as i want Lam Lam adapt to them gradually.
Would like to ask for your advice what kind of playgroup your bb attend when they are 7-9 months?

Glad to know that anson interest in the addition, usually after he learn 126 difference formula, u may jump to the next step. After u finish all the dot cards, u may then using number cards to teach him, so that he will recognise all the numbers! As Anson learn so fast, u have to keep up ar!

Add oil, keep showing flashcard to Tasha, even 1 or 2 cards is better than none. But don't worry, it's normal that Tasha may not like the card, as u said, she is busy in practising her walking skill, it's hard to force her sit down for a min to watch the flash card.
I read the following website recently, the little boy has stopped the flashcard for 4 months when he is 10 months.After resuming the flashcards again, his interest come again!
The website is just like BK but the members are fr all over the world using GD method. Most of the parents attend the GD course as well. It's quite interesting to read the journal of the website owner about his little boy.

have u tried to use 針筒型to 喂藥? it's much easier than the spoon and not easy to spill.
Also, I learn fm other mom that if baby refuse to drink water, we can try to boil the apple water for them, 有小小味, 又唔野痰, which can attract them to drink more water.
Andrea still vomitted twice last nite but she's very active during day time, very trouble

when Andrea was 5 mths, we attended 協康會 ; while she's 7 mths, we also attended 基督教服務處, 幼兒濳能, it's quite good.
We're going to attend 幼兒濳能 (包班 with all Dec 03 babies, including Natasha ga) again after CNY as well. By that time, Andrea will only attend 2 English classes during weekday, and 幼兒濳能 on Sat so that my hubby can play with her as well. It's quite fun to see all babies at the same age play together, we enjoy it
Oh! Very sad to learn that Tasha got bruise and cut, Andrea vomitted 痰 and getting thinner, LamLam got fever!

How is Tasha now? She now needs extra attention ah! I remember that when Anson learnt how to walk, he also gave me 2-3 '層樓', esp in his forehead. Even now he always hits himself on the floor, but he seems too used to it, he would just get up and tell me he hits on the floor and ask me to 'hor' him !

How is Andrea? If she can vomit 痰, it's better than let it stay in her 氣管. But does she lost her appetite that she's getting thinner? Hope she can recover soon and get a bigger tummy afterwards !

And how is LamLam? Poor LamLam and poor you! The most I don't want to see is baby having fever, both bb and mami will be very 辛苦. If Anson got fever, I always couldn't sleep and stay awake taking care of him :cry: . But LamLam 咁細個就要食抗生素? If 玫瑰疹, she should be soon recovered after u see her red dots. Please take care, both u and LamLam!
How's Lam Lam now? 退燒未呀? If Lam Lam she refuse to drink water, maybe u can put a little bit glucolin into the water. I also did the same to Ralph coz he don't like to drink water as well.
Don't worry la, last time Ralph also got the hihg fever and stayed in hosptial. After three days later, he also got the red dots on his tummy. The Dr said Raplh should recovery soon.
Very disappointed that Ralph still can't walk alone by himself.Maybe he is very lazy.

How was today's playgroup? Did Ralph enjoy playing there? And have you enrolled Ralph into their class?
How about the mandarin playgroup? I haven't call them yet due to the above reason. And the coming 2 days will be very busy as well. But I think I will try to call them as soon as possible.

Well, I think Anson really loves flash cards. If I didn't play that to him in the normal time, he will remind me and ask me to play with him !

And on last Sunday, I took out all the cards he learnt in the last month. It's totally 50 Chinese words and 38 English words. I played the card searching game with him again, he really enjoyed that. I prepared 4x5 cards (already learnt) for the game, but it's not enough for him and he kept asking me for more, and we finally finished the 50 already learnt Chinese words in less than 10 mins. I found him recognising at least 80% of the words, only mixed up some words like 姨媽 & 姑媽, 手套 & 手帕.... That's already very encouraging :lol: !

Tasha is going to an interview at 2.30pm this afternoon, and she just went to sleep at 12n, hope she'll wake up at on time and have some time to clean up lah!
Very nervous! She didn't sleep well last night, woke up at least 7 times, so... I have a very big panda eyes now.
