we also don't have supplmental brushing teeth for hm long time ago la.

hm都無補刷牙? 我記得好似幼稚園階段都仲要補刷架喎~

b4, we put a mirror at the flushing water tank and let hm to see his teeth everytime he brushed his teeth. once he found the dot spots, we will brush there again.

ar, I bought a box of the "red tablets" for hm to check where're his teeth still "dirty". I can give some to you/jaykan wow.

係乜飲食習慣令佢禁易有蛀牙？唔飲水、食糖多、成日食零食？向呢方面改善。

係牙醫到買ga, 1 d 紅色tablets, used for showing the area of teeth not brushing "clean" enough. take it like chewing candy after brush teeth and it'll show red colour at those area not clean enough and then you need to brush that area again. it's good to teach the kids for brush their teeth ga.

係hokkaido果幾日差不多日日都落雪

有漫天飄雪,又有密密既雪粉,仲有狂風大雪...真係好難忘

最正就係,係零下9度浸住露天風呂,頭上飄住點點細雪,真係好似拍戲咁呀,真係好浪漫ar

they special order for me ga, i'm not sure you can order from yours. as we know that doc. personally and hence he order it for me. but i need to order a whole box (100 tablets, quite a lot).
