(1) Receiveing Gifts -- There is a sponsored company which could deliver the gifts to an address we provide. Since most of the committee members have many things to carry (cakes, gifts, etc.), we now need someone who could (i) receive the gifts from this company, (ii) bring the gifts to Cafe Musical at 2pm for packing, (iii) help to pack the things with other mums from 2-2:30pm.
(2) Packing of gifts -- pls let me know if you could arrive cafe musical at 2pm (1/2 hr earlier ) on party day to help to pack the gifts. Please help to bring along staples and staplers to stick the coupons onto the bags
(3) Picking up of gifts -- we need 1 helper who works in Central/Sheung Wan/Sai Wan who could go to the sponsored company to pick up the gifts
(4) Banners -- we still have not made the decision where to make the banners
(5) Plastic Bags -- we sourced a plastic bags at around $1-1.5 each to hold all the gifts. Can any mum help to source a cheaper one? It needs to be as big as the regular size ParknShop plastic bag, and be able to hold a magazine plus 10 more gifts.
(6) Cleaning of plastic mats -- we will have 70 plastic mats lended by Hackenma, as we will sit on it and let BBs sit on it, it will be better for us to clean it first. We will have 1/2 hr from 2pm-2:30pm on that day for cleaning the mats, we need some mum (around 3-4) to arrive at 2pm and help to clean it.
(1) we could add the different numbers as we like at each year
(2) I was thinking of using "BB" instead of "開心寶寶", however, the babies will grow up and it might not fit if we still call them "BB"... so, how about using "開心寶寶"? Or, later on, we could just cut the first part and use " 歲生日會"
