Program Rundown Idea (pls review and comment):

12:00-12:30pm – Helper arrived, set-up, blow bubbles, pack gifts, set-up tables, set-up reception table
12:30-1:00pm – All people arrive and settle-down, get gift/name-tag from reception, can take picture on stage with back-drop, and cake (1 family at one time, lining up next to the stage)
1:00-1:45pm – Table photo with birthday cake, Group photos (1 for all mums, 1 for all dads, 1 for all), Birthday songs, Cake cutting
1:45-1:55pm – Announcement, Program Rundown, Game Introduction, Announce sponsor companies names
1:55-2:30pm – Game 1: BB World Cup
2:30-3:00pm – Game 2: Matching Colors/Shapes
3:00-3:30pm – Game 3: Touchable Bubbles
3:30-3:45pm – Lucky Draw
3:45-4pm – Leaving, packing

Game 1: BB World Cup (~30 min)

Players: form 8 teams of 5-6 babies. 2 teams against each other, i.e. totally 4 games.
Helper: 1 judge to mark result and measure time, 2 helpers to be on-duty at the goals
Game: Ask babies to kick the football to the goal
Probs/Prize: 45 x T-shirts of 2 colors, 2 footballs, Prize for 4 games each with 5 babies, i.e. 20 gifts, 1 whistle for the judge
Time: 5 min for each game, ~30 min in total

Game 2: Matching Color/Shapes (30 min)

Players: all babies
Probs: 60 sets of cards, each set with 1 Red Square, 1 Yellow Circle, 1 Blue Triangle, 1 Green Rectangle, ~45 balloons as gifts, 4 colored A4 paper boxes
Helper: 2 distributing the cards in the playground for babies to collect later, 2 helpers at the colored boxes, 2 helpers giving out balloons
Game: 15 minutes allowing babies to collect the 4 shape cards in the playgroup, 10 minutes allowing babies to put the cards back into matched colored boxes, once they could match all 4 cards, they could get a balloon as the gift

Game 3: Touchable Bubbles (~30 min)

Players: all babies
Helper: 5 parents to help to blow touchable bubbles, 2 helpers to help to give out gifts
Game: Blow touchable bubbles, whoever can hold 3 bubbles in arms/hands, can get a gift
Probs: 5 bottles or Touchable bubbles, ~45 small party-bubbles as gift
Time: 15 min for bubbles, 15 min for cleaning up
