My maid contract wil be end in late June. I would like to ask some questions about renewing her contract please.
1. I would like to let her have the annual leave in the mid of July. I am worried about the insurance in between the period. What should she/I do?
2. After coming back from Philiphines, I would like to renew her contract in the mid of July for the sake of my convenience. Is this legal? And how to arrange it?
3. Some people say that she must leave HK and come back on the same day after two years contract. Then she can continue to work. Is this legal?
