今日去大埔食姑仔餐滿月酒, 11點先返到屋企, 0岩0岩餵完奶, 而家要去沖涼, 一陣先傾.

老實講除左食好多唔同既增奶食品,同埋滿月後放產假期間每餐邊餵邊泵外, 我未試過地獄式增奶法(半夜起身泵奶), 自從嫣嫣自己介左夜奶後, 我就無半夜起身啦....我係完全feed on demand...

不過我覺得如果你係全職mama, 可以試下先泵後餵, 跟住補番泵出來的奶比卓卓飲....因為你泵到咁上下再餵, 個brain會以為卓卓要食好多(加埋泵果d)....就再造多d...不過最初會辛苦d, 因為會餵密左....

原来小逸就系医生讲果种一学就学行,因为成日有人抱住.训练吓唔好一喊就抱啦.

anna刚刚未食糊仔之前都同小逸一样,三日先一次大,又食得少.食糊后一日有起码一次啦,系一条条添.Anna 唔惯,每次呵都有喊叫.

今日比左一小匙苹果蓉Anna试(分四次食),皱晒眉呀,好笑!

唔知播....不過jusco最勁都係嬰兒用品8折, 嬰兒衣服7折...聽日感謝日會再有多95折......不過呢d都係我估, 你最好打個電話去問下先.....如果2邊(apita, jusco)都有折, 我就多數會在apita買....

我頭先度3次都唔同, 分別係28, 29 同30cm, 我覺得用著片個條圈會粗 d, 因為唔係橫砌面, 條片係3角形, 條圈係斜既, 度出0黎係最粗, 我0地應該用貼住內則既比堅尼位水平度就會0岩d, 咁樣度出0黎就28cm. (你0地明唔明我講咩?)

曈曈之前1日有3次大大, 食糊仔之後就1日1次, 食南瓜粥之後就未痾過, 最近果次係星期二朝早埋身餵之後痾既, 我已經叫奶奶聽日唔會俾南瓜粥佢食, 我估係奶奶落得太多南瓜, bb 消化唔到, d 老人家成日都好想個孫食多d, 我同佢0地講0左好多次, 話 bb 腸胃未成熟, 最初只可以食少少, 慢慢適應, 佢0地又唔聽! 激死人!

Agree, once I have 2 kids, I never feel that I'm myself any more. I have not had hair coloring for 3 years already and I have so much white hair now (get more after my daughter bornt). My husband complained me not cooking any more. I used to bake cake, make dumplings, desserts, meatloaf.... Now, my husband said that he's a female pig (me!!) at home!

All moms with only one kid, like tautaub said, enjoy yourself and the time with the babies now. Once you have the 2nd one (if you plan to), you don't have any private time any more. For me, I cannot close the bathroom door even I need to go to toilet. Otherwise, Spencer will keep spanking on it and cries for mami mami.

Hello Rose-mag,
It is nice to "see" you! Yes... it is almost 4am...
I've just finished OT at home... pumped milk...haven't done it around this time since my baby doesn't need to be fed at midnight almost 3 months ago!!!

I've already felt I don't have much private time - no facial appointment, no shopping, almost no reading..... will feel comfort when I look at the balance of the credit card statement...

Adrianbb, may I have a bite on your lovely Adrian's legs... oh... a typo.. should be a kiss!

hkpackage, my baby also have less poo poo (once every 2 days vs. once every 3-4 days!) Her poo poo is quiet dry and very little...
I've tried to feed her a few spoons of water after having the brown rice cereal while she doesn't like drinking water so much. :(
Should I stop feeding her solid food? Resume it later?

In the past 2 days, I gave 3-3.5 oz breastmilk mixed with 10-12 teaspoon of brown rice cereal (I don't have a tablespoon for my baby yet). Since it is still quite watery and the feeding spoon is small, it took as 45 mins to finish feeding her!!!
I felt that my bb became impatient after feeding her for 30 mins... she cried a bit... and today, she wanna sleep instead of finishing the remaining 0.5 oz of cereal!
I put her on my breast... she sucked a few minutes only and fell asleep! She usually needs to be fed on both sides....

My questions are:
Do I need to add more cereal to the milk... to make it more sticky in order to helping feed her faster?
However, it seems that her poo poo became quite dry and little (only once in the past 4 days)... seems watery will be better for her... or should I stop feeding her cereal at the moment?
Will feed her more apple, say few spoons to 1/4 of apple help?

Wah, OT until that late? I don't expect to see anyone online in HK now!! If your baby's poo is dry and less frequent, definitely she needs more water. Would she take water in a bottle? I used to give my son a bottle of water when he's tired and about to nap. He could drink up to 4oz of water if the weather was hot. But, he could still drink a lot of milk even after taking so much water. The only thing was that he sometimes pee so much that the diaper was full that it wet the underpant and the outfit.

i was on leave that day & so went to TST to buy new nipples & swimming diapers. Taikoo Shing is near my ofc....just go there during lunch time....
