Last time, I sent the withdrawal letter to them and request to queue PN class. If they can offer me a seat before interview, then no need to have interview (as PN will directly goes to N and then lower class and then upper class). However, if not, (indeed, I sent them the application form for N = K1 already) and will be interviewed in early Nov.
