long time no see

start practicing yoga again from tonite.

re: Tantra Yoga.

learnt that looking at the flame then close eyes, use the 3rd eye. you can feel the light while u close your eyes. it's more easier than using music or tantra.

Hi rabbit & jandt,

I only have Samantha-Kryoga Ananda (Bliss) on last Wednesday and Cathy-Kryoga on last Thursday! Then I felt pain and can't bend my body on last Saturday morning. I did forward bend in both class, I didn't feel painful during the class... just felt tried only! Don't know is the wrong posture make me hurt or may be I carry my son too much and get hurt???

I tried power 3 last night.. I can say that's the TOP tough one since I joined PY in April.

pay more attention to your body in your next practise and carry your son, check out the reason to prevent the next hurt

power 3 is the most tough class in PY's schedule as well..........

do u need to have a rest during the class ? power level 1 already kill me lu......

it's really hard to explain, I try my best la..
- Side Crane

- a bit different, lift up the right leg to straight & off the hip from the floor

- but straight legs

- Wheel post but one arm hold on thigh, so keep one arm on the floor only
- like crane but not exactly, open legs, thigh on your upper arms, off legs from floor
