Mrsrose,

請問約滿或未約滿印傭是否一定要在下一份新contract開始前先回印或只是出一出境巳足夠?

因我的新印傭剛在2月完約(不知是否真完約), 然後到我家上工, 但interview時她說暫不回印, 希望在今年8月才放假回去結婚, 可以的嗎?

Happy Chinese New Year!!

I have some questions to ask regarding my bun bun who has not service for 1 years yet, and now asking for a 7 days annual leave..I say "yes" to her request already coz she really want to go back and see her son graduation and I dont want her to get upset if I did not allow her request. Anything that I need to do to protect myself?

1) Not entitle to annual leave - but she ask for a advance leave of a total 8 days..how can I arrange it so that I wont be a loser if she did not come back?

2) Can I ask her to leave 1 month salary to the agency as a deposit (in case she did not come back and the money will be her 1 mth notice compensation?)

3) Letter for bun bun to sign to agree for the said arrangement and her request for personal leave.

4) Body Check after back ( Since she has farm at her home - where there are chickens and bird, I'm afraid that she will get infected of the bird flu!!) Is it all on her expense?

5) New policy in Philippines - Any test and training she may need to take b4 she'll back to HK?

6) Letter to Immigration department to grant her re-enter HK permit?

我個BunBun做左7個幾月,佢應該幾聰明,但因未做過野,什麼家務及照顧小孩都唔掂,教都無問題,但2,3個月前開始發覺屋企四圍都係塵,日日都好似無做野,問佢點解,佢話無時間,日日要帶小朋友返學,{我一家3口,仔仔學校只需步行10分鐘},我都唔明點解無時間,過年前agent同佢interview,好似好左DD,昨日又病左,今朝發現佢熨壞左我條褲{已經唔知第幾條},有無意見可以比D我...

Mrs. Rose,
I have a Indonesian maid, she has been working for me since Sep 2006, which is a month before my BB was born. She doesn't use her brain, I have to remind her for the little things like - close window when it is raining, check the food in the fridge, check who is it before opening the door, the only thing about her is well feeding to my BB. I want to change miad, buton the other hand, I afraid my BB will not use to have the new one. And it is not fair for me to pay her a month salary and air ticket, cause her performance is not up to standard. What should I do, can I give her warning?? Hope you can help me.

我想問下如果我想計糧由2月1日至2月25日, 應該係計:
1) 3270/28 x 25 = 2919 定係
2) 3270 x 12 / 365 x 25 = 2687.

1) 菲佣好or印佣好呢？同請幾大年紀好呢?
{要教小朋友就要用菲佣-英文好。印佣肯做及可以講廣東話、有老人家最好用印佣}

2) 菲佣會否好似印佣咁, 可以在自己國家比錢改名換
姓,even連出生日期同証件號碼都可以改呢?
{自從電腦化後巳唔容易改}

3) 如果菲佣好的話, 請問請中學or大學學歷好呢
{中學or大學學歷唔重要，最緊要識講你明白既英文。

1. I would like to let her have the annual leave in the mid of July. I am worried about the insurance in between the period. What should she/I do?

2. After coming back from Philiphines, I would like to renew her contract in the mid of July for the sake of my convenience. Is this legal? And how to arrange it?
{Cannot! You must renew her contract before end of June, if not she has no more visa to stay in HK & also cannot come back to HK after vacation}

3. Some people say that she must leave HK and come back on the same day after two years contract. Then she can continue to work. Is this legal?
{No matter how, you must renew her contract at end of June first, and if she don't want to go back to Philippines for vacation, she can go to Macau or China to exit HK. When she re-enter, the HK Immigration will grant her the balance of visa
until June 2009.}

請問入境處來電說可取visa, 他叫我帶四樣野, 我只記得兩樣, 2,400元同地址證明, 其餘吾記得, 因為亞sir一早打來我未訓醒, 我問個衰agent佢又話叫我比2,400同住址證明已可, 因我對那間agent失去信心, 請問我要比咩agent去取visa才正確呢, 星期六日又不能打去immigration度問, immigration的亞sir說4樣又是邊四樣呢, 對不起, 我實在太大懞. :-( :-( :-(
