Just talking to Tim's class teacher. We discovered that there were new students at the time he started such habit. The nurse told me that some kdis have such habit 'coz they want to have higher sense of security. They may feel a bit anxious.

U know Tim did mind very much the attention from his teachers. They noticed that when the teachers needed to take care of other kids, Tim would show some drawbacks like, claiming that he did not know how to pull up his pants after vv, etc....

Well, we plan to wait and see. I think it takes time for Tim to understand and recognize that the teachers are not abandoning him, even when they are busy with other kids..
