多謝你嘅讚美! 連你都話HK未見過, 咁我個fd話個sales真係冇講大話, 係新貨嚟嘅! 我都話佢好有眼光, 幫我買到個咁靚嘅袋! 佢唔係要工幹嘅成日飛, 而係好鍾意旅行啫!

其實我冇話特別食d咩, 但我當時睇住營養師, 佢叫我一日飲兩包高鈣奶類飲品, 補多d鈣, 唔使怕生完後冇鈣脫髮嘛! 你唔使太擔心重量問題, 之前我有一個fd於7個幾月照時BB較輕, 但於9個幾月再照時, BB有成6磅幾, 之後生出來都有7.8磅! 所以你現在只需保持愉快心情, 多吃蛋白質食物, 咁BB就會快d增磅啦!
好多謝你幫我兜番我唔係蠢! 可能好似你所講我真係對股票冇咩興趣啦! 所以都係講番對我精神為之一振嘅shopping啦! 你預備好Baby嘅用品未呀? 日後有機會一齊研究邊度d童裝正喇!

多謝指教,你知啦第一胎咩都唔識又零舍緊張,所以媽咪們嘅意見真係好有用架,我希望BB足月D,所以就想順產,所以如果好似你個BB咁足哂月又夠份量開刀都無所謂,最緊要BB健康啫,最後怎決定就要聽醫生意見了....
BB用品都預備得七七八八了,衫仔,床仔全部都係家姐pass俾我,夠哂環保

,都係講番shopping同湊仔啱feelD

I ate so much food during pregnancy that u won't believe how much weight i've gained...

i ate bird nest (before, during and after pregnant), milk, meat, many many food... not picky at all! I breastfed my daughter for 2.5 months only as i need to work and no time to breastfeed her after maternity leave...

honestly mama milk is the best for baby especially for first 3 months... luckily, my daughter didn't need to see doctor before she's 1 year old except those regular check up and vaccinations... try to breastfeed your baby as long as possible as u are full-time mom!

I still haven't thought of Chanel tweed jacket ar... afraid no size for me wor...

it is quite hot in summer, don't know if i will wear jacket or not...

Tweed suit has always been my target (same as a GA but I haven't yet think of when to buy up to now......I found that I don't have the opportunity to wear under normal circumstances @ my recent posting) but it doesn't suit me as a 'girl'. Now as a mother, I think it is quite OK to own a set or two. The sales told me that around $2x,xxx min. for a tweed jacket. But I want a full set. I may need to wait until I visit Paris again to buy lu.

The EE wore the new summar pink tweed jacket (made of silk) ga, very good looking.

There should be suitable size for you gei I believe !!

Silk jacket seems OK for working in A/C office wor. But I need to go outside sometimes, the tweed jacket seems too much for me normally.

燕窩高蛋白質,所以我同你一樣日日都有keep住食,老公就話食多D好,但又聽有d人話唔好食,所以我都好疑惑,我食量不算大,由細到大我最怕飲奶的所以mama奶都係一星期飲兩三杯左右,聽你咁講我都想餵到人奶,但唔係個個得架,你好有福氣個囡囡咁健康,你同雲妮媽媽都陀得好好,最緊要BB咁健康,肥D又有咩所謂吖....

我佗住亞B時唔係特別食好多嘢(因我以前好肥@155lbs, 好辛苦於結婚時減到@108lbs, 之後為咗生BB戒煙@126lbs所以為咗唔想因懷孕而暴肥, 全程keep住睇營養師!), 但唔知點解個人好吸收, 真係飲啖水都肥; 直到開刀前上磅...嘩! 186lbs

真係嚇一跳!!! 我好同意fatping1講, 母乳係對BB最有益處, 除咗比較易吸收, 仲可以比到BB一d抗體, 冇咁容易病架!(我都係工作需要, 亞B都係食得2個半月咋! 一歲前都冇病過呀!)
記住, 千祈唔好比太大壓力自己, 唔夠母乳冇所謂架! 大不了母乳+奶粉! 因我亞B大食, 母乳唔夠飽都要補奶粉! 順其自然就得喇!

其實我都好怕飲奶, 但係為咗BB, 頂硬上啦! 嗰時個營養師建議我飲鈣思寶or高鈣低脂屋仔奶, d奶味冇咁重, OK架! 你試吓得唔得!

Why u said u drink mama奶? do u mean carton milk from Dairy farm etc.??

Actually i can't really breastfeed my baby too well, so i pumped out milk 99% of the time and she drank from bottles... so my main job was pumping milk all day long at home...

:evil: it is a very boring job to do after giving birth....

I think even formula is very good, my friend gave Japanese brand formula (雪印) to their babies and they are all fat & healthy... u can try Japanese formula as well... but my baby drank A+ after mama milk...

me too ar,我唔捨得買咁貴嘅衫架,祇會欣賞人地着得幾靚,反而買袋同鞋就較為捨得,但太貴嘅都唔會話想買就買....
