fsy, good brain speed " Little yams" are very good choice for snacks. Littlelittle's school asked us to bring snacks for party too, that said homemade or healthy food?-(

好味道的月餅!今年第一舊!好味!年年都有好多月餅食,但上兩星期請了病假,少食了好多,但有三張月餅券!呵呵!

帶沙田抽好定帶芋頭好呢!丁丁唔鐘意食芋頭仔,但就鐘意食沙田抽.
問題:
1.帶芋頭仔使唔使PEEL SKIN 同細細粒呢?
2.帶沙田抽削外皮後,還用削小粒嗎?

1. Are the Peeled Yams wet and tend to stick to each other if you put them in one box? Is it better not to peel, let the kids know the original look of the yams?

如果搣皮同切粒, 咁咪唔知係芋頭仔囉? 同大芋頭切粒後咪一樣囉?

2.帶沙田抽削外皮後,還用削小粒嗎?

我諗搣咗最厚個層皮後, 可以再搣埋啲 "衣", 但係唔使切粒, 到食時佢哋可以自己搣啲肉, 因為啲柚肉好容易可以分開嘛.

各位食月餅要有節制, 特別有身孕幾位呀!

【明報專訊】除非你痛恨任何口味的月餅，否則，總會找到一款合你胃口。

林思為建議，傳統蓮蓉月餅每天不可吃超過八分一個，冰皮月餅則每天不可吃超過四分一個。糖尿病人或減肥人士應運用「食物交換法」，減去同等醣質分量的白飯，以免攝取過多醣質。舉例而言，若今天忍不住吃了四分一個雙黃蓮蓉月，便要減吃2.3湯匙的白飯。

市面一般純白蓮蓉月所含的醣質較高，四分一個的醣質差不多等於3湯匙白飯。至於一般雙黃蓮蓉月，四分一個則含2茶匙油，的確只宜淺嘗。

張翠芬稱，月餅是中秋節的代表食物，可散買小量來過節，吃小小一件作飯後甜品或小吃並不為過。

我都覺係少事....但無奈Hayes上星期, 興奮到唔小心推倒課室內的座地白板, 撞傷了一位同學的手, 雖然皮外傷, 但我又收到投訴, 九萬個Sorry！

So disappointed! The BSE course in British Council didin't have weekend class in the coming November!!! We have to wait until next Feb but still unknown if there is weekend class.

Anyone have suggestion on English Class ??

What other types of English class can we enroll for ?

Have Hei Hei & Kei Kei's schools held the service of Bilingual class/English class?

I think it's quite good for toddlers to pick up English well with daily language environment/practice with English-spoken teachers through various learning activities at school.:D

No bilingual class. They don't have much English lessons at school. I am thinking to apply a bilingual class in K1 which will be taught half in Chinese and half in English. (both by native)

Any one heard of Good Health Kindergarten? (康傑)?
There is one just next to our home. The location is very attractive.
