之前實在太鬆,簡直分唔清嗰忽係蘿柚定係大脾,依家個肥蘿翹番又緊挺咗,搞到我依家好有決心去做瑜珈修身...希望再有成績啦...家吓我個腰圍都仲係卅一吋...........大鑊........ :-(

我今日仲勁,一朝早食咗一大個蒜蓉包,中午又食多個特厚既蒜蓉多士,下午茶又食咗個雙層芝士孖宝加大薯條,夜晚仲响快餐店食哂成個套餐添!鬼咩!今日陪足個仔玩成日,仲攰過做古哩!一坐低就食食食...我諗我聽日要食番少啲嘢先得........... :-( :-( :-(
