I am about to 11w lar. When I was 7-8w, always 嘔, when I smell any food, e.g. my neighbour cooking, I always want to 嘔; I also 嘔 after 沖涼, I think it's because there is not enough oxygen in the bathroom (when we bath, it's filled with steam and we usually close the door). So, may be don't 沖涼 for too long, or don't use bath curtain or don't close the door (if possible).

When I was rather worse (I am much better now, start from 10w), I didn't eat and drink much. My unrine became dark yellow and no energy at all. Dr. said it's bad for BB. So, at least try your best to drink something if you cannot eat much, like juice, honey, Ribena etc. a small cup at a time.

Hope you will pass this stage very very soon :-P

我都希望過左3個月會無事,我現在都會食野,唔會因為怕嘔而唔食,因為我仲要比營養2個bb呀！

上次我聽我家姐講好似差不多時間就會問佢,因為開刀要早2星期開的,咁跟住個醫生就會CHECK下個期有邊日,可能會比2-3天你選擇,但應係佢地比你,唔係自己決定的!

hello,
How are u all? i am really tired these days, i've got lots of things to do, so no time for me to go online.

hey, i've got a problem, i have several 飛滋on my tongue, it's painful, don't want to talk, eat or drink. but i can't take panadol to lessen the pain (i used to do so), what can i do? i've already taken some vitamin c tablets and drunk some orange juice (use the straw), but it seems that it doesn't work, can anyone help me? thanks a lot!

oh, so poor ar! how about 潄口水? it is good to clean your 口腔, and with 消毒作用, can help your 飛滋 to recover more quickly. In fact, 飛滋 is something like ulcer, it's a 傷口 inside your mouth. 消毒 could really help.

咁多位準媽媽你地好!

我都係7月生BB的, 今次係我第一胎, 預產期係7月20日.
其實有好多問題我想問的, 因為我平日鍾意著一些底腰的牛仔褲, 但係好多人都叫我唔好再著, 因為對BB不太好. 係咪真的呢? 要幾時開始著大肚衫呢?有無其他我要注意的呢? 因為我不停的嘔, 好無精神, 腰骨又痛, 其實我只係9個星期, 唔知點解腰骨會痛. 我現在應該要食多些甚麼呢? 又唔好食乜呢?

this is my first time to be mami too. come and talk more and we can share! i haven't wear jeans for at least 2 weeks la, too tight and not comfortable ma. i have bought some sports trousers to replace jeans. take care ar, i think your throw up condition will become better when approaching 12 weeks.

我去尖咀東英大厦睇余醫生，他介詔冼醫生做唐氏，都係同一間診所，$1100，好多人比佢睇。你年齡都好細，應該不需要，你婦產醫生有無叫你做？

Dear ricfa,

咁其實有無話要到幾多個月著大肚衫係最好的呢? 因為其實我現在都已經無乜下半身合著的了, 如果另外買一些運動褲又好似唔係好合化算, 因為好快這些褲又會唔合穿的了. 點算好呢?

我上次冇問醫生呀...因為太早喇! 不過到1月3日o個次產檢我會問醫生有冇需要做, 我都知我年紀輕, 有事o既機會唔大, 不過我都傾向做檢驗, 做o左放心d嘛!

其實而家著都可以架,因為早D著,咁D人見到都唔會撞你,會好D架!希實都真係要買少少,雖不化算,但生完都可著一陣的!起碼而家舒服D!

before pregnant, i sometimes wear sports trousers, and now i bought two more. i also agree with HoWangMami, we can wear sports trousers after delivery, i think to me it's ok!!

dear all, yesterday, i do regular check-up, doctor said approaching to 12 weeks, bb is more and more stable

my hb and me were very happy. we have record the ultrasound, i think we will share the recording with our families :mrgreen: now my bb got many features already : eyes, nose, mouth, arms, shoulders, legs, palm,........ yesterday, doctor explain clearly to me, that was really exciting!!!!! most of the time, my bb do not move, just like sleeping, i'm a little disappointed somehow. winwin831, you said your bb dance ?? i want to see my bb dance or at least "move".
