Below please find the current name list and no. of people. We will arrange seating plan according to this name list. We will prepare name tag for each person. This is a draft of the name-tag design, please review and let me know if this is OK.
Sorry that I am not that good at design... below are 2 samples I just tried to make... is it something that could be made as banner? AJ, can we make something like this at $40? (I was thinking if this is only $40, we could actually make something that is specially designed for this 1/2 years old party, i.e. we don't need to re-use it for next party...)

For the 選票, can we prepare something like this (i.e. an A4 paper, divided into 3 columns, each column for each compeition, people need to put a "tick" at the box for each column, we will ask people to cut the paper into 3 separate columns and we will prepare 3 投票箱, each for each competition...):

I checked with Cafe Musical yesterday, they said on Feb 27, there is no lunch party booking, so, we could go there earlier for lunch together and we could pack the things earlier. They open at 11:30am, how about arriving at 12:30pm for lunch???

I think we don't have size 限制 from the banner company (they charge by the size), the only limit we have is we cannot have a very large one as we need to use "Big Head Pin" to stick the banner on the curtain hanging at the back of the stage. I think something like 2 feet x 6 feet will be fine. What do you think?
Sorry, I don't mean that... I am just afraid my ideas were not good enough, and if we could have more mums bringing more ideas here, we could have more choices and pick the better one.
I think I can arrive the cafe on 2:00 pm that day coz I need to go to work in that morning... so the samples that I carry (Mustela) will also arrive the cafe by that time.
So no need to count us for lunch that day la... thks.
