I suggest you to formally to write a email to your AGM to question the no. of sick leave record and you have to emphasis that the actual sick leave you took was just 8 days. You need to keep this email as record and it will help you when you raise this case to Labour Concil.
In addition, Don't sign the letter. If you sign it, means that you admit that you have taken so many days of sick leave. I believe they also count the pre-natal checking as sick leave.
If they want to terminate you, fine....provided that they pay you according to the laws

The current job actually not my cup of tea as it is more sales-oriented while I am looking for service-oriented and more operational job. HOwever, I am afraid that with lots of competition after CNY. Thus I take the job even though I don't like it and with heavy cut on salary. Well, at least better than nothing.
Yes, this week has very few jobs available and actually no job suitable for me. I think there will be more choice after CNY.
