1) Not entitle to annual leave - but she ask for a advance leave of a total 8 days..how can I arrange it so that I wont be a loser if she did not come back?

我個BunBun做左7個幾月,佢應該幾聰明,但因未做過野,什麼家務及照顧小孩都唔掂,教都無問題,但2,3個月前開始發覺屋企四圍都係塵,日日都好似無做野,問佢點解,佢話無時間,日日要帶小朋友返學,{我一家3口,仔仔學校只需步行10分鐘},我都唔明點解無時間,過年前agent同佢interview,好似好左DD,昨日又病左,今朝發現佢熨壞左我條褲{已經唔知第幾條},有無意見可以比D我...

我同事遲兩個月會同印印續約,但個印印講話想轉 agency 原因收得佢貴,請問會有問題嘛? 如果真係順佢意,我同事留意d咩呢?

{無問題可以轉Agent,但轉左新既Agent做續約文件、佢地唔識你同事,如果有事一般都唔會睬你架}

I have a Indonesian maid, she has been working for me since Sep 2006, which is a month before my BB was born. She doesn't use her brain, I have to remind her for the little things like - close window when it is raining, check the food in the fridge, check who is it before opening the door, the only thing about her is well feeding to my BB. I want to change miad, buton the other hand, I afraid my BB will not use to have the new one. And it is not fair for me to pay her a month salary and air ticket, cause her performance is not up to standard. What should I do, can I give her warning?? Hope you can help me.


Ans:{You can give her warning with one month termination notice letter. State all the improvements you would like to see in her. If still no improvement, the one month notice will be effective. However, you will still need to pay for the air ticket plus allowance plus annual leave. Why don't you approach your agent to follow up on this? Maybe they can provide training to the maid.}

請問我2月請了菲傭, 佢每月的人工是幾多, 是$3270, 還是$3400, 點解份合約是寫$3400

1. 想問下15/2~15/3這期間我係咪要俾工人放4天例假+3天法定假期總共7天,對嗎??
2. 另想問外傭稅,我於29/9已付了第一期外傭稅,29/3將會繳交第二期錢,因我打算想4月中與工人終止合約,那我還需要交第二期錢嗎??(因本人不打算再請工人),另外第一期的外傭稅可否用到11/4(因工人是12/10/06到港)
3. 如我同工人終止合約了...那她欠印尼財務公司的錢還需要還嗎??
4. 如有朋友想請我現任的工人,那工人是否一定要回國才可繼續在港工作??

Ans:{你既第一期外傭稅俾到12/04/07,如果你用工人用到12/04前就無需支付第2期稅、雙反用過左12/04就要俾2400元(唔係只收一個月)其餘亦唔會退$俾返你。所以為免

Ans:{呢個唔需要擔心,工人走左後通知印尼財務公司即可,唔會追僱主既}

Ans:{原則尚係要回國,除非你幫佢寫解僱原因係Financial Problem就可以係HK轉工,如果你唔幫佢或叫佢去Macau or China等新簽証出免回國}

我家的bun bun 由於是現成完約請回來,所以當時沒有離境便開始我的新約(只做了三個月),現在她想在復活節開始放三星期大假回菲律賓,我想問徐左要給一張回程ticker,我還要給她什麼嗎??

那三星期假是否no pay leave?? 有冇什麼要注意??

可否比d意見我...我家印印做左4個多了,人品算乖聽話從不會black face,家務算ok煮菜及照顧老人就最叻,但湊b就勁唔掂
又不能獨立去照顧bb,成日搞唔掂就依賴我媽咪(但我主力要佢湊b的),正想打算送走佢時,而屋企人又勁反對,話佢無做錯d咩大事..請她前已知道佢無湊b經驗...就咁炒佢都好慘吓...又話佢走了仲要還印尼agent訓練費等...搞到我心大心細好煩...但在於我的立場....工人達不到我的要求...炒她也很正常呀...而且我已給她四個多月時間去學習...只是她一直不上心記性又差...仲試過講大話...到現在我和老公已頂唔順佢....好想唔要佢....可否俾些意見我....唔該

封信確認幾時去幾時返,過期唔返當辭職}
