I have a Indonesian maid, she has been working for me since Sep 2006, which is a month before my BB was born. She doesn't use her brain, I have to remind her for the little things like - close window when it is raining, check the food in the fridge, check who is it before opening the door, the only thing about her is well feeding to my BB. I want to change miad, buton the other hand, I afraid my BB will not use to have the new one. And it is not fair for me to pay her a month salary and air ticket, cause her performance is not up to standard. What should I do, can I give her warning?? Hope you can help me.
