The no. shown on your photos for the shutter speed should be calculated as 1/(the no.). For example if the no. is 4s, that means the shutter speed is 1/4 s.
So if the no. is greater, the shutter speed is faster.
(Am I right? Anyone can correct me.)
Noise means 雜訊...that is ...um...how to say....make the photos not clear
