this is a new class, will continue la, lots of easy class for you to choose, such as yoga therapy, kryoga therapy, hatha (b) , hatha sattva (b) , kryoga (b) by cathy, hatha poorna (b) , hatha oorja (b) , satyananda yoga (b), asana & pranayama level 1, patanjali yoga (b), kryoga Ananda
