我都係17號出發,我仔仔18號一歲生日 我都未book hotel (star or magellan) !
star 裝修緊我驚會好嘈(我個仔好醒'訓')所以我應該會住magellan, 依家不停搵料,最遲聽日要決定啦!

我剛打了去"wincastle"問過, 佢話現在無聽聞有裝修 我都打算往star. 因有些mama話magellan的床比較細. 又有mama話雖然係裝修緊, 但佢bb中年sleep都ok.

唔知有無人知港龍係咪只有15:55的一班機呢過去呢, 去到咪好夜...咁係咪放下行李再出去downtown食晚飯呀.

1) star ---因為近機塲同市中心, 又有個沙巴至大既club house, 我係website見到有個"sir"滑梯係沙灘度, 又有baby sitter service(可能用得著), 所以我揀佢
2) srr --- 因為唔近機塲, 唔想餐餐洒店食, 出市區次次成大半個鐘車, 我隻佬同d小朋友出門冇咩耐性, 所以唔想甘遠
3) magellan---雖則都近機塲同市中心, 但我睇完Hosumbaba d相就決定揀star

你都報咗 "STAR", 價錢係咪同我差唔多呀, 因我老公叫我自己book.(我睇完你哋的討論, 佢以為我知道好多) 我怕我唔識比人揾笨呀.(以前去旅行都係我老公攪的, 我只是去玩便可) :-(

The renovation at STAR have finished as advised by the Wincastle agent.

We have booked 5D4N STAR hotel Malaysia airlines 16 to 20 June total HK$10,578 for 2 adult and 1 kid.
(inclusive tax, room upgrade, airport transfer, 2 hour city tour, etc).

Hi, anson*baby,

Dragonair has an early flight at 8:05 am on every(Tue, Wed, Fri, Sun).

I have booked a package of early June for 4 days with Dragonair, (0805 early flight go, and 1955 late flight return), make use of 4 full days. Compared with flying Malaysian, (afternoon flgiht go and morning flight return) 5 days, actually their price is more or less the same.

My package is 4 days/3 nights with Dragonair / Magellan.

I have also thought for a long time whether I should choose Magellen or STAR. Information from others:

STAR's room is larger, the beach is larger, the environment is good, but I'm also afraid that it's under construction, may be some facilities will be affected.

Magellen is convenience, free shuttle bus to downtown. Actually my decision go for Magellan is because there are some privilege when choosing Magellan (guaranteed upgrade of rooms, free buffet dinner for 1 night). May be next time staying STAR la!!!

select package choose Malaysia, under this place, there are several packages offered by Dragonair and Malaysia, you can compare both of it.

Basically, I don't prefer wake up as early as 6 am and back home as late as 12 mid night. I have made a comparison if I take Dragonair 15 - 18 June and Malaysia ariline 16 - 20 June, the former one is more expensive than the latter. Also, 5D4N, though I have wasted the 1st and 5th day, I still have 3 complete day to enjoy and relax.

The package at Wincastle include :
daily buffet breakfast hotel even for kid
roundtrip transfer between airport and hotel
sabah city tour
free upgrade of room
kid under 12 eat free buffet meals when dining with parent
15% discount food & beverages and Spa massage service
Children 4-12 free access to Kids Club

fyi, we'll depart HK at 3:30 pm and arrive HK at 2:30 pm.

1. Sorry, I don't know whether you can use this Centre in Rasa Ria but I know there is regular shuttle bus to and from STAR to Rasa Ria.
2. The beach of STAR is just next to the swimming pool. It is small but sand is white. I had taken a photo of this beach.
3. The shops in airport are opened when you depart. Don't worry.

I think you can ask Wincastle whether there is city tour or not. I think the contents of package are different from time to time. :lol:
If there is no City Tour, I think you don't mind because it seems 'no loss' to you.

各位, 我仲有一個問題想問, 戶外的洗手間是否方便及清潔呢, 因我怕小朋友 "vv" 可以用樽, 但"55"就麻煩了..

而家煩惱緊到底玩5d4n or 4d3n
2 adult 3 kids(11,11 & 7)
my schedule for 5d4n
1st day - from Macau to KK (16:35 to 19:35) chk in and have dinner in hotel
2nd day - stay in hotel in the morning, join tour to 紅樹林 in the afternoon and evening.
3rd day - join tour to Manukan Island or Sapi Island
4th day - go to Sunday market in the morning and stay in hotel in the afternoon
5th day - back to Macau (13:10 to 16:00)

schedule for 4d3n
1st day - from Macau to KK (16:35 to 19:35) chk in and have dinner in hotel
2nd day - go to Sunday market in the morning, join tour to 紅樹林 in the afternoon and evening.
3rd day - join tour to Manukan Island or Sapi Island
4th day - back to Macau (13:10 to 16:00)

況且第一日,同最後一日都無咩時間玩.(晏機去早機返..)
