Ans:{Manila to Cagayan De Oro那一程安排內陸機返去比較好,因搭船4日另再搭車返Bukidnon如用$150x4+車費會比較搭內陸機貴。其實你可机票返Manila+俾錢(大約HK$400)佢自己係Manila買內陸機票平過你係HK book 好多架}

我將會終止bunbun的合約,但不是她的問題,只是我想自己照顧番BB;不再需要她幫忙。我也準備為她出番份reference letter作為support的。但剛才agent來電(我經agent替我做手續的),說報給移民局(定入境處?)的理由一定要寫「衰」個 bunbun,如未能照顧好BB啦!否則便理由不夠充份,將來再請外傭便會十分困難。
請問是否真如agent所說呢?
因為她真的不差,不想無故寫「衰」佢呀!
Ans:{無件咁既事!依照你意思寫絕對無問題,唔知點解你Agent會咁講。但如果工人做多過兩年就可能要俾遣散費、所以寫reference letter 要小心D,由其係你唔想俾既話}

I have a bun bun she already resign and give me one month notice, last day is 15 Mar. She will go to Canada. But now she want to stay in my home till
20 Mar. Can I let her stay or she must leave our home on 15 Mar.

I want to sign a bun bun she will finish contract on 8 Apr. When can I apply and what information I need to pass it to immigration. If I go with her to immigration, if it faster for the visa.
ANS:{Usually one month before visa expiry, that mean now, you can start to process the contract in Philippines Consulate. After the contract released, asked your maid to bring all the requirements(your HKID copy, Income proof & address proof etc...) to Immigration to apply for the new working visa. Your presence with her is not required, just write an urgent letter for her to bring to Immigration is already enough. About the processing, usually Bun Bun can handle it. When she collect those forms from the Immigration, a guildline will be included for you to follow}

My maid was hired from Philippines. She has now worked for us for 8 months. My family is going for a 3-week holiday in Easter but we don't want the maid to stay at our home alone.
1. Could we ask her to take 3-week no pay leave and arrange boarding house for her?

2. If she refuses to take no pay leave, could we ask for her to advance her rest days / annual leave?

3. If she requests to go back to Philippines during the 3 weeks, am I only responsible for the single journey from HK to Manila (ie she should pay for the leg of Manila - HK), and that on termination of her contract I would then no longer need to pay for her HK-Manila ticket?
ANS:{Of course not, this issue happened is because of your holiday trip, not your maid, you should pay for it. Anyway, I don't think she will agree to pay for it herself. And even you if pay for her trip back this time, when you terminate her next time, you still need to give her one trip ticket back to Philippines}

ANS:{I think you should pay her for the leaves and send her to your relative house to stay/sleep but be sure NOT FOR WORK. Because if you let her stay outside, you don't know where she is and what she does. If you let her back to Phillippines may be she will come back with a baby!}
