Yes, when I see these kind of maid in the park, I will told the little boy or girl to tell their mum and dad when they return home and pretend to the maid that I knew their parents.
Though may not be very useful, as least let them know the neighbour will put an eye on them. May be one day I will meet their parent and tell them their bad behaviour, so at least to threat them a bit.
