Sorry, I don't know about procedures for employing a Thai DH. I am NOT an employment agent. I only know about Indo DH contract renewal procedures because my DH is Indo and I went through the procedures myself.
I suggest you either telephone HK Imm. Dept or Thai Consulate to check.

It is really much more convenient to send by e-mail than fax.
I have tried to send you the word.doc file (around 40KB) again. Pls see if you can receive it. I have tested it by e-mailing it to my colleague in the office, and ensured that there is no virus in the attachment / in the e-mail.
If you still cannot receive it, perhaps your system was set somehow so that ALL attachments cannot get through, in which case you will need to re-set it before you can receive attachments to any incoming e-mail.
I am so sorry! the yesterday e-mail cannont receive it also. Because I am useing my compay's computer, the system they set it so I dont know why
