I did searched on Craigslist, but not much to choose from. I am afraid of renting apartment with some private and/or Chinese landlord as well, but just think that might be another option for a cheaper rent.
We did mention about the housing expense but find out they don\'t cover it.
It still worth if renting an apartment in 1 year term will have lower rent. As long as the penalty of breaking lease contract is not more than $3000, it is still acceptable. Need to confirm with Avalon after every details form the new job are confirmed.
