I think most important is relax, exercise and eating properly. I\'m 40 and 14 weeks pregnant. Had my first baby 2013, decided to try for 2nd one this year FEB. I try to follow ovulation app and couldn\'t conceive... I was unhappy with my work. Then finally early AUG i receive confirmation that my unpaid leave granted in SEP and whole body and mind was relax. And that month I was conceived.
I drink coffee daily and wine every dinner, but I exercise regular and drink lots of water. Good luck jm.
