1 BUNCH OF CELERY一把綠芹菜 1 28-OUNCE CAN WHOLE TOMATOES蕃茄
1 LARGE HEAD CABBAGE包心菜 1 PACKAGE LIPTON SOUP MIX混合湯
如遇蔬菜枯竭期鹽漬青椒,迦哩,香菜或辣醬。
將蔬菜切成中小塊與蕃茄入鍋中加清水超過蔬菜快煮十分鐘,轉中小火至蔬菜變軟既可。
此基礎燃酯湯在饑餓時,可隨時食用。因為此基礎燃酯湯可燃燒多量卡路里,食用越多體重減少越多。不論上班、學或商旅必須每日攝取食用纖維。
