有冇人知道提前續約,需預備什么文件去菲館

我姐姐monday去菲館拿oec回鄉時,癸現佢地
post咗張水蛇春咁長嘅list.唔知係味續約用.我再翻查phillippines consulate website.睇到我一知半解,有冇人幫到我.我以為好似平時
renew contract 咁simple 咩.吾係好似immd咁有酌情咩. 姐姐抄咗啲又要employer income tax, emloyer undertaking,
ヌ話要 get permission from immigration先.
哇二十萬 case ,个个問佢地拿permission letter 味好吾得閒,
菲館係咪玩野?
我一心想wavied 翻啲levy益吓姐姐好過比政府.
有冇人幫到我--心急人

請恕直言,我唔係話個agent錯,但依家出呢封信,其實已好清楚寫明僱主係願意承諾番張合約既野,而且萬一他日要上庭時,個官都會睇番發生過咩事,都會知呢段時間係有咁既安排,所以簽呢份野我覺得比叫工人寫辭職會更有保障.
您諗下,您叫佢寫辭職,一來工人個心唔舒服,二來萬一他日佢話係您迫佢寫,佢唔係想辭職,咁您點解話呢??
到時您話係agent教,但agent唔幫您做証,咁點算??

我認為反正您都係諗住做一個程序,咪鬼益正苦啫,又唔係諗住炒個工人,不如跟正手續黎做.起碼唔駛怕比佢屈嘛.

我做左3次續約,都係帶以下文件:
ID989(a) & (b)
ID Copy (僱主& Helper)
ID407 新(一式4份)及舊
Passport (Helper)
Photo copy (Helper)
錢

我唔肯定菲領事館係今次咁既情況會唔會當斷約辦,如會,就真係煩啦,僱主須出示埋入息証明.同埋要等好耐(做法同請斷約工人一樣)

希望唔會啦.

請問知唔知這幾天去入境處攪續約多唔多人呀? 人流少左 d 未呀?

我份 contract 下星期一可以到領事館取回, 唔知到時入境處快唔快手? 駛唔駛晨早去排隊呀? (唔好掛!??!)

(我contract 到 20/8 到期, 唔係提早續約)

請問大家張ID407form 網上不能下載，是否一定要親自去入境處取。我工人話首先第一日要去入境處取Form,再去領事交Form,等領事攪完再去入境處。

For my case, my next date of submissing levy is 27.8.2008. Do i have enough time to re-new the contract? Another issue is that is it necessary to give one month salary to the helper because I am not suppose to know about the renewal of the contract due to the policy on 26.7.2008?

I received a reminder to pay the levy and the deadline for paying is 11 August. I am planning the early renewing of the contract, do I need to pay?

Dear BK Mum,

My next levy is on 27 Aug also and existing maid works for me half year. In addition to Kaka0418 questions, I want to confirm the final cost that I need to pay:

1)return air ticket fee
2)one month salary(if maid agrees not to have it, can it skip this?)
3)Phil consulate fee and HK immi fee

Honestly if the one month salary can't be skipped, I can't save any money at all:
$7200-$3480-$1500(tkt fee)-$297.5-$160 - $1800(additional $100/month of new salary) = -$37.5

Besides, my friend's agent said the same maid can't be extended the contract earlier near end of July 2010. Each maid/contract can only enjoy ONCE on the additional levy period. Is it true? Thanks very much!

只要係2010年7月31日前續都得.
填表時填今日解舊約，明天簽新約-OK
無Back Date一個月,如不足一個月通知就已代通知金代替.

昨天我的工人由入境處取了一叠forms, 其中一張是給領事館"Overseas Workers Welfare Administration" 我個工人話要給195.18 請問有沒有人知此費是否僱主付? 因之前未曾聽過有此收費.

重有兩張表要填, 其中一張就是 "Overseas Workers Welfare Administation" 同埋一張類似申請new contract $297 噤上吓.

my levy need to paid on 19aug, my new contract will collect on 1sep, do I need fax to imm to terminate first???
my bun said no need one month notice, only pay cash for
round trip ticket ?? after i terminate her, can she stay in
my house 14 days ???
pls help !!!!
