Hi, did you eat anything before drinking the salty water?? Not even water??
I also think of drinking the salty water when i arrive in office, however, normally every morning i will drink about half cup of lemon water or pure water at home. Do you think it will affect the outcome?
I drink one cup of water when I get up every morning, but this morning I don't drink any water till I go to office to drink the salty water. I think you'll better go to office to start drink salty water and don't drink anything before drink it.

I try this morning and cannot go like you. I only put 1 tbsp of table salt(is it ok to use table salt). It is very salty but nothing happens for the whole morning.
I always constipate. To be actual, I don't have the feeling to go. I feel very upset about that. :-|
I tried this morning..and FAILED.. :-( . May be i've put too less salt?? Sighs....i donno.... I'm sure i have put enough water as the cup has the measurement...so the 2 possibilites is either i put too less salt..or this method doesnt apply on me.... :-(
