You should ask your hubby if he\'s bought from the \"outlet\" section. As I remember they\'d state there are possible minor defects for outlet items. Otherwise, I suggest you send a formal complaint letter and tell them you\'d report to the custom department for suspected pirated item if no refund is arranged. Also, you\'d report the same to the customer council and other media channels.
