其实双方都有疏忽,如果真系好吾中2隻色,你试下打去佢customer service 叫佢幫你揾。H係世界品牌,我覺得這是售后服务應有責任,你使6萬蚊梗想買到心頭好啦。(我之前试过在C品牌,朋友見到C的hot item 手袋即刻幫我買左,但又冇check清楚,到我手發现有少少问题,我拎去shop想換,但SA愛理不理话间间都冇,我嬲嬲地打上去,话係咪即系叫我果幾萬蚊掉落咸水海!佢地好快幫我搞掂揾到換番。)P.S 但其实我覺得blue saint 靓过冰川藍young D

I will consider complain to their head office....but don't think media need to be involed ........I just want to exchange my bag.....and need some official reply from there office
