my son is now 16 months but I want him to study N1 at this kindergarten. However, I have to wait until his 20 months (March 2009) to submit the application form, I think its less chance that my son could study at there in 2009. He do not need to wear diapers anymore and he could stand outside the toilet to show that he need to veve.
