My plan is leaving on Mar 26, back to HK on Mar 30. If it it too late, my holiday can postpone to May.

Hi Mikeoffice :

I would suggest you to go toTaiwan before Apr cos' after that it will be the raining season there. Also, it is easy to book flight tickets from HK to TAIPEI cos' there are many airlines and daily flights for selection. However, you may get flights with better timing if you make the reservation earlier.

Also, if you want to go all these places in TaiChung/CingJing/Taipei at 5day4nites, the schedule would be a bit rush but I think still OK.

Pls note that the schedule for the Sheep show will only be on Sat, Sun and Public holiday. As I would suggest you go to CingJing first, ie.

Day 1 - Taipei to CingJing by High Speed Railway & Car
Day 2 - Sheep Show at CingJing)

so you better fix the arrival day on either Firday or Saturday from HK to Taipei.

I am also planning to go to Taipei in Easter Holiday with my 7-1/2 years old boy. Will it be boring for him. Is it will rain a lot in Easter (April)?

It would not be boring for a 7 1/2 years old boy if he likes eat/ books / first time to Taiwan. Not sure if it will rain a lot in early April but the raining season normaly started in April.

Moreover, for your information, it is more prefect to stay 2 nights in CingJing cos' it's worth to walk around the place in CingJing.

其實妳可考慮訂去程台中, 回程台北返香港, 不過航班唔多, 同埋啲時間唔靚, 重會貴啲!

以下是我的行程, 你可參考下:

Day 1 - 機場(包車約50mins車程) – (西門町)東龍飯店放低不用帶的行李 – (包車到台中約2hrs30mins) 昭盛52行館飯店check in – 鼎王麻辣鍋 - 精明一街, 東海大學, 逢甲夜市

Day 2 - check out – 台中租車公司取車 – (around 1hr30mins)埔里 – (around30mins)清境 – 星光流域民宿check in – 清境農場遊覽 – 綿羊秀 - 翠湖步道 - 落日步道

Day 3 - check out – 埔里 – 廣興紙寮(可自己造紙) – 埔里酒廠 – 台中交車 – 包車回北投春天酒店check in

Day 4 - check out – check in東龍飯店 - 淡水老街 – 士林夜市

Day 5 - babyboss – 誠品 - 上閤屋自助餐 - 家樂福特賣場

Day 6 - check out - Mo-Mo-Paradise午餐 - 西門町買手信 - 包車到機場 – 回香港

yes, there is flight directly to Tai chung but as you will go to Taipei, then Tai Chung In, TaiPei Out, as Cherryma said, the fare will be higher than same place in & out.
2) how long it take -高铁至台中, 4 hrs? is it too late when arrive 埔里參觀酒廠及紙寮?
It only takes about 1 hour something by High speed railyway to Tai Chung.
The appromaties time to stay at Puli is about 1/2 to 1 hour, you stop there to give you the time to take a break after the long ride /to shopping (tips - stuffs at Puli are cheaper than Cingjing, recommend to buy at Puli) / visiting the wine/paper factories. If you take the flight in the morning, it should be OK to arrive Cingjing in the evening.
3) Yes I will stay in 清境 2 night same hotel? any recommendation? No recommendation la, cos' this is my first time to Cingjing too.
4) How much around for 包車? Any recommendation? Suggest you to ask the motel at Cingjing to recommend or arrange the driver for you.

Hope you understand what I mean at item 2.
