我本Anne of Green Gables(Stepping Stones•Classic)都係107頁，真是巧合。Charlotte's web我也有，不過唔記得借左比邊個，個故事好感人，插圖又靚。

Aaron今年7歲P.2，希望他明年暑假成功踏進Chapter Book之路。Jellybean的閱讀歷程，可以分享下讓我偷師。我很一廂情願地由想他癡Hse、A to Z系列開始，到simplied classic，然後老鼠記者和黑貓，跟著Roald Dahl、Charlotte's web，再落未有頭緒，因為會是太遙遠的事。你年初在鰂魚涌買的書睇晒未？我還有很多未掂過！

今日衫聯見到中文老鼠的 book number 同英文老鼠的 book number 唔同，好 confuse ?-( ....... 我本英文版 book 1 = 中文版 book 6 ... ????? ?-(

今日又上開教協，本來想買 Roald Dahl 的 Charlie and the Chocolate Factory，不過教協冇，癡hse 2-8 集又冇 .... :evil:

我昨晚真係上左個website聽左黐hse第一集的15分鐘，阿mary姐又演譯得幾生鬼。個website都有charlotte's web的試聽，我聽左開頭少少有些悶。

csk，黑貓level 1我同個女最鍾意peter pan。 level 1b可以借比你。

haohao，同意大利粉歌劇形式演譯"老鼠"？ :mrgreen: 又幾正o窩! 成虫大哥齣戲未睇過，好唔好睇？

The Books 1-8 CD set of Magic Trees House is quite good. I bought it from Amazon and had a 30% off, but the shipping was expensive. It's great that the library has got it! Save much money! I have already reserved the first CD of "books 9-16". The queue is long, I'm the 6th and I think I have to wait at least 2 months.

As for A to Z Mysteries, they are mystery/detective stories for Children. In each book, the 3 kids Dink, Josh and Ruth Rose have a mystery to solve. These 3 kids are in third grade, curious and have a love for adventures. My son has finished book "A" and "B", i.e. Absent Author, Bald Bandit. Last time when he picked up Bald Bandit, I thought he would just read one chapter at a time .... but he couldn't help reading and finished the whole book within one hour. I was so happy :mrgreen: that he really enjoyed it. :mrgreen: Then he urged me to get the "C" book. I have reserved it already and expect to have it in a week.

We have also bought some Black Cat books and borrowed some from the library. We like them but my son seldom does the exercises. He loves mysteries and ghost stories in particular. This year his school has used Level 1A as readers (but only read at home).

Here are some of the titles that we like :

Peter Pan (1A)
Zorro (1A)
American Folk Tales (1A)
Halloween Horror (1B)
Ghastly Ghosts (2)
Alice's Adventures in Wonderland (3)
The Strange Case Of Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde (4A)

As Halloween is coming .... all of you might try try Halloween Horror "ying ha jit" :mrgreen: .... but I have to warn you ..... really scary ga! :evil:

本書我岩岩還左,深唔深?對我女來講根本睇唔到(所以我買左中文版俾佢),頌怡都可能深左少少,我見amazon放佢入9歲以上juvenile fiction既類別.厚唔厚?唔太薄.話哂都係Chapter Book,雖然間唔中加一張畫.

我最近經常在圖書館借oxford tree tops all star系列(唔知係咪oxford reading tee系列呢？)的書仔，佢分pack 1 - 3，書都幾薄幾淺又好有趣，多數係funny stories，適合初小睇。

你介紹個網好好，我聽了癡hse第一、四集，幾吸引，如果睇住書聽更好。另聽了A Little Princess和Maltida，講得更好聽，Narrator把聲較響亮和多D抑揚頓錯。

兩本書好輕，你如果太趕，下次再拿，我可放在公司。導賞由11:00a.m.開始，每20分鐘一次，即是11:00, 11:20, 11:40，如此類推，最後一場在6:40p.m.若星期六睇，今天要去拿要票，每時段50人。如果唔聽導賞，11:00a.m.展覽到7:00p.m.，幾時去都得。Aaron也是月尾測驗、考琴，趁未殺到埋身睇左先。

唔緊要，下次啦。我在科孚買了3本黑貓，Oliver Twist, King Arther and his Knights, The Secret Garden。無Level 1，所以你唔駛咁心痛。揭下Secret Garden，傳統Reader那本的英文好好多，黑貓D用字好似無咁順。
