I go to TST and Mongkok GCP shops. They are not very but still have hard selling.... But I think TST is much more good in quality!

佢地尋日喺荷里活廣場做promote添, 都好彩睇咗呢個post, 先知佢地咁hardsell, 如果唔係都有興趣試吓......

本來面對hardsell我唔會心軟, 但係我怕好直咁拒絕之後, 啲sales會有仇報仇......

好在有人push番個thread上黎,至幫到唔會有甘多媽咪受騙

騙果種感覺係,佢果d facial越做越平,我一路有keep住d單,個quality越來越唔掂,仲要越來越hard sell

我見佢d product而家係卓悅都有得賣,仲要係好平果隻,我問做facial d小姐點解而家卓悅都有,佢就答卓悅果d既expire date會快到d

甘佢生意有幾好大家心照啦. 用完佢d野做埋facial做埋機都唔見效果 (坦白講,我係mtm都有做facial,人地做人手facial效果都好過佢). 一句講晾,我而家係度呻笨,做完d course絶對一定唔會再買

me too...我都係仲有最後一次無做...佢真係SELL到你覺得煩...最討厭係次次都SALE喎. 真係去一次怕一次...SELL唔到COURSE就SELL PRODUCT, 買佢既PRODUCT 都買唔少, 用就OK啦, 不過都唔駛咁HARDSELL囉. 佢地個group仲有 Shimmer 同 Yves Rocher.

I still have around 15 My Key module there. I bought it early this year in central branch, as I could manage to get there at lunch time, the sales promised to arrange 2 times a week for me every month when I bought the course, however, they just arranged one month for me and the sales was left, afterward no month plan for me and it's always full when I call them, I could only manage to get here about once a month, even I requested to be put on wait list, it is still very hard to get a place or called me at around 12 that someone had cancelled which I might not be able to get there with other engagement. I complaint and they asked me to buy more course and can plan for every month for me again, I was so disappointed and will never go there again, I thought all the $$ are lost

i encountered the same when transfer my file to CWB, they always said it's full :;pppp:

so i have booked 6pm time slot, or 530pm. & if i can't book it in cwb, i'll try other brand & said my file is in cwb. anyway, i'll try my best to use up all the course!!!

it's the usual practise of this chain. just black list it. for those who have joined, we're just unlucky. for those who haven't yet joined, pls think twice! or even 3times or more!

同意hardsell態度
今日book左appointment竟然做做下入黎要我唔做人手facial做個短d時間既sono機,話因為佢地shop唔夠美容師撞左下個客既booking,所以要我改黎就佢喎.
荒謬!!!

我唔係客呀?? 不知所謂.非complaint不可!

你hardsell我唔buy咁我就唔係客呀!? 癡~線~

題外話, 原本我係YR的8折會員, 依家我只係搽佢的的胸膏, 咁岩用晒咪再去買囉, 點知到比錢時話check極都check唔到我個vip no. / 手提no.(因為佢地之前都send過sms比我有咩promotion), 又話只係見到有個facial no.(但我根本未做過佢既facial), 咁我話我舊年先買過野喎有咩理由咁快無左record先, 跟住就話咩個vip到咁上下就到期, 下, 無野呀你今日先同我講有限期 ... 個sales前後係咁side時間check, 個疑似supervisor都有check但都係"無", 唉, 我又心急無得用佢話我買夠$800(大約呢個銀碼啦)就比番8折再扣$50, 好啦, 其實好唔忿氣無啦啦比咁多錢 ... 到佢話renew我個vip no.時我見個no.係"YR"字頭我醒起我好耐之前都比左個no.放係BK果邊黎share, 結果我第日打番電話同個女仔講我個舊no.啦(哈, 個sales都記得我個case), 佢跟住都search番我個no.但個手提no.爭一個字, 我話你地之前send過好多次sms點解依家個no.有出入, 咁佢就話個system有d問題喎, 我話琴曰又唔見你地咁講, 依家要我無端端洗多左錢呀, 你地咁樣做生意好有問題好唔老實, 依家呢D鋪頭打開門做生意就一味sell客真係唔理好醜架, 總之大家都要小心呢個牌子!

唔好意思樓主借左你個post呻左我的不滿出黎, 只係怕本身係vip原來有日會被delete左0者 ...

I got bad experience too..........i have tried their Icon and after that they kept on selling me another LIPO course which is not suitable for me.................
very troublesome!!
