Exactly, when this is a simpler solution to address the issue (幫個女仔), she decides to go against it and think of something that 1) doesn't address the issue at all, 2) is convoluted and weakens the protection of HK people under 1 country 2 systems, and piss people off in the process.
There is already a process in place to deal with HK people committing crime in China, one-off. No idea why this has to change.
