They have a club house, which included the swimming pool, playground, gym room and one function room. BTW, 9/F is the lowest floor,can see the seaview below 28/F. and all units without the carpark, carparks only for rental.
i think because 2 units in a floor, and not much unit in a building, that's why the management is so expensive. I live opposite to them, can see that building from my kitchen, the lights are all turned on..
