I was a full BF mom for the first three months. Now, my baby boy is 4 month already (born on 7/15) and keep on breadfeeding after I'm back to work one month ago. I pump two times in office. My production is not very much just 5 Oz each time, but I will pump milk before sleep(9:30pm) and 3:00 am. BB will have fomula milk at midnight so that he can sleep over the night. My BB requires 6 Oz per meal. I cannot have any reserve for him but just enough for each day... Each weekend, I will feed on demand and pump milk to reverse for weekday. I hope I can acheive my 1st target -- feed him till 6 month. Though I cannot full BF him, I already do my best.

囡囡差唔多五個月了, 一直全人奶, 到而家已經返左兩個半月工, 開始諗緊好唔好pump少d然後停餵人奶
原因係唔夠休息, schedule大概如下:

6:15am pump and then steam the pump
7:15am leave home to the office
8am arrive office and start working
11:30am pump
4:30pm pump
7-7:30pm leave office
8pm arrive 99 home and 埋身
9:45pm back my home from 99 home, steam the pump, play with daughter, shower, do housework, etc.
11:15pm 埋身
12pm bb go to bed
12:30pm I go to bed

每日瞓得唔夠6個鐘, 返工勁忙開始抽唔到時間pump, 呢兩日都只可以喺office pump 到一次, 返到屋企都係冇停, 完全冇得休息

3weeks前病左, weekend好返但一到wed又病返(因為返左三日工太攰), 斷斷續續病左三星期, 請左3日sick leave, 先好番, 個人真係散晒, 重要奶量勁跌

因為喺公司要pump2次奶, 所以我比以前早左一個鐘返工, 希望早d做完野可以趕到8pm埋身, 如果唔餵人奶, 最遲可以7:30am先起身, 瞓多一粒鐘

但係好矛盾, 又唔係唔夠奶(touchwood勉強都夠, 不過日日清), 唔餵好似好嘥, 其實好enjoy餵人奶, 可以用自己既奶餵大囡囡好開心 :)

而家打算試下只喺公司pump一次, 睇下會唔會輕鬆d, 一定會慢慢少左奶, 不過如果支持到都想keep住餵, 只係怕精神太差影響工作同身體...

haha...其實只係想發洩一下..."呻"完而家舒服d喇!

我都係全奶媽, 頭4個月都係泵媽
之後係埋身餵, 真係好方便...唔駛洗奶樽,亦唔駛心急要座熱D奶
不過出街就餵奶粉...因為我只可以訓係度餵

Hi all
my case is similar.
How taugh work it is, pumping in office toilet twice per day and breastfeeding after work. My naughty son isstill asking for night milk, I almost sleep 3-4hrs at night. The volume of pumping milk also drop after sick before. As long as our baby is heathy, I trust every breastfeeding Mami should fix the difficulties.
Add oil.

i have started to substitute the lunch with cereal & formula... and is thinking of stopping breastfeeding too.... but it's a tough choice like u said...
i still have milk & i really enjoy breastfeeding ！
my target was 6 months... but now i want to continue for another 3 months haha...
let's see...
