Seems that all the good maids are newly hired maids who come to HK for the first time. So, is it true that we shouldn't renew contract with our maids after 2 years even they are good as they might become bad eventually? If we hire a new maid every 2 years, there is a better chance that they will be good (at least for the first 2 years), agree?
