Unless most of the HK 外傭, they just want to get pay without working hard
1. 聽過有工人嚟到即刻要求僱主俾medical check,因為佢有病(腫樓),僱主可否如保險公司做法,唔包pre-existing嘅health problem 並無須俾1個月通知及機票可叫佢走.
2. 現今agent已經信唔過,入境處係唯一清楚外傭記錄嘅人,入境處可否提供一d簡單嘅資料給僱主作參考,e.g. employment periods, resign/terminated, any litigation with employer,etc. 做消費者買幾蚊嘅食品都有營養標籤啦,僱主駛幾千蚊請個工人好想有d保障.
3.入境處可否考慮加快批工人,以致僱主可在工人1個月通知期後,新工人能盡快接班.
