Bal annual leave payment from last contract, 如果沒有 balance, then pls check 佢第2個contract 做滿3個月未, if over 3 months service, 要pro-rata annual leave payment.

攪到去labour dept, 你一定輸, 而且還有機會罰款. 最好比肥雞餐, 叫佢走.
如果佢肯, 我建議你送埋佢去機楊, 睇著佢入閘.
Otherwise, 你就等佢放完產假, 做完第一天工作, 在第二天炒佢吧, 那樣就沒有違法.
不過, 我估佢會生完就向你辭職, 或藉詞送亞B返鄉, 一去無回頭!

(No la, she renew her contract on July 3, but she still owe me $, I need to keep her until Oct 4)

佢比我覺得佢一定要喺香港生,好希望佢b 大個有香港身份証,我都提意過佢番去生既好處,但佢好似聽唔入耳
my filipino maid just went home to deliver her baby at 32 weeks. same case with 樓主 but mine is better that she agreed to go back home to have baby and referred her elder sister to work for me. At first I thought the contract would be terminated and then hire her sister but when i told her to sign for her $$, she said i owe her 10 weeks of maternity pay!!
i told her she only entitles to that if she decided to give birth in HK and she still works for me. She thought she can have the 10 weeks $$ and go back to have baby!! No la!!!!! luckily when she heard she needed to stay and i won't hire her sister (provided that she stayed to work for me) she changed her mind and willing to go back. But i ended up need to pay her ticket, the hiring fee of her sister, the HK$1200 extra insurance charged by filipino gov't (since her sister never comes to work overseas b4) and the $$ i just spent on renewing her contract and return ticket, etc.....
